Request Support via the Ticket System

We offer project support in the areas of project management, statistics, and data management. To request our services, please use our ticketing system. There are three ways to get started, depending on your affiliation:

1. You are affiliated with SFUMED
   If you already have a contract or formal affiliation with SFUMED, you can register directly in the ticket system using your SFU Account credentials (academyFive, Moodle,..). Once registered, you can submit support requests for project management (scientific review, funding acquisition, ….), statistics, and data management at any time.

2. You are collaborating with someone at SFUMED
   If you are an external partner working with a colleague at SFUMED, they can submit a ticket on your behalf via their institutional account. Please coordinate with your collaborator internally.

3. You are seeking collaboration with SFUMED
   If you are not currently affiliated or collaborating with SFUMED but are interested in initiating a project with us, please use our public request form instead.
