Reporting
Reporting and verification obligations
A report on the progress of the project must be submitted at the end of each year. In addition, a final report on the findings and/or a publication must be submitted 6 months after the end of the study.
If results are published, they must be made available to SFU MED.
SFU MED must be indicated as the affiliation of at least one of the co-authors, ideally the first, last or corresponding author.
Any publication must contain a note stating that the study was funded by the SFU MED.
Completion of studies
The grant ends at the end of the study programme mentioned in the application. Any changes to the application must be approved by the SFU MED Research Fund, e.g. an extension of the duration of the study programme or a change in the project management.
After completion of the research activity/research project, the unused funds will be retained by the SFU Research Fund.
